Georgia (not to be confused with the U.S. state of Georgia) is a country located on the edge of the Black Sea. The capital city is Tbilisi, the official language is Georgian and the country has a population of 4.636 million. Giorgi Margvelashvili is the President of Georgia and the currency used is the Lari (GEL). The Georgian flag consists of a white rectangle with a red cross, which makes four squares of white that all have a smaller red cross on them.
